Amazon Robotics is looking for a Technical Learning Program Manager to join the Learning Experiences & Technology (LExT) team. LExT sits within the Amazon Robotics - Business Operations and Strategy (BOS) team, and owns the operational learning vertical of Amazon Robotics. LExT’s mission is to empower Amazon Robotics and its customers worldwide by creating a learning ecosystem through multi-modal delivery of knowledge enriched by learner analytics and data-driven outcomes. By providing the right learning at the right time, localized and evaluated for performance, we enable safe and efficient choices, driving high standards and global scalability for successful AR solutions engagement. We are comprised of 3 main verticals: Products, Safety, and Enablement.
The Technical Learning Program Manager will support the Products vertical by defining and influencing learning programs for all users of Amazon Robotics technologies. This role focuses on stakeholder management across multiple technical teams while ensuring program timelines align with product launches and deployments. The ideal candidate demonstrates enthusiasm for inventing and simplifying workflows, discovering efficiencies in collapsing multiple deliverables into holistic offerings, and establishing technical learning standards that meet customer needs. They will be responsible for delivering appropriate training solutions that minimize operational impact while maximizing knowledge retention and technical competency across the organization.
The ideal Learning Program Manager possesses a unique blend of strategic thinking and execution capabilities, with a proven track record of collaboration and managing complex organizational relationships and driving results through effective stakeholder management. This individual excels at clear, concise communication across all levels of the organization, demonstrating the ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguous situations with confidence. The successful candidate thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities shift frequently, demonstrating the foresight to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions while maintaining program momentum. They approach learning design through a dual lens, balancing learner experience with business outcomes, and can articulate the strategic value of learning initiatives to key stakeholders. Critical to success in this role is the ability to deep dive into adult learning methodologies, analyzing customer needs to design and implement innovative learning solutions that drive measurable results. The ideal candidate embraces a growth mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes and mechanisms, and demonstrates agility in adapting to changing business needs. They should be comfortable challenging existing paradigms while maintaining strong collaborative relationships, ensuring that learning programs evolve to meet both current and future organizational demands.
This role can be based out of one of these corporate locations: Boston, Seattle, Austin, Arlington.
Key job responsibilities
Head strategic planning and execution of learning programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and learner needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple organizational levels and geographies
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical content into effective learning experiences
Attend AR wide meetings to assess emerging changes to roadmaps and launch schedules to develop detailed project roadmaps, including timeline development, resource allocation, comprehensive communication strategies, and risk mitigation
Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining flexibility to address emerging priorities
Navigate ambiguous situations and shifting priorities while maintaining program momentum and deliverable quality
Identify opportunities for scale and efficiency in learning program delivery across the organization
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for learning programs and team processes, incorporating feedback and emerging best practices

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Project Management, or related field
3-5 years of demonstrated program management experience, preferably in a learning or technical environment
Experience managing and prioritizing complex, large-scale technical programs with multiple concurrent workstreams
Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while keeping team informed of relevant updates and progress
Strong organizational skills with experience in stakeholder management and requirements gathering
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders across multiple levels to identify, develop, and implement learning solutions that meet business objectives
Ability to influence without authority and build strong collaborative relationships
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in related field
Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Learning Development
Demonstrated track record of sound business judgment and data-driven decision making, with the ability to connect dots across complex situations and identify innovative solutions
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design
Experience collaborating in a global, matrix organization
Knowledge of learning management systems, educational technology, and project management tools and methodologies
Must be willing and able to travel 25-50% of the time
