They partner with you to prioritize and define the scope of your project, ensuring that all key risks and dependencies are identified and addressed. With their expertise in capability and feature definition, as well as supporting documentation, they can help you bring your vision to life, nurturing effective partnerships across multiple key stakeholders across the organization.
Throughout the discovery and shaping phases, the Regional Services team provides ongoing updates to the Program Management Office, ensuring that your project stays on track and aligned with your business needs.
Empowers Business teams through the introduction, management, and administration of efficient tools and processes. Designs and establishes business processes to enable product success. Creates and maintains documentation and supporting material to ensure the efficient operations of the product teams. Maintains unified product domain backlogs and roadmaps and tracks initiatives across Product teams to meet timelines and identify risks and dependencies. Leads the product governance process to ensure products meet the needs of all relevant stakeholders. May manage audit, compliance, data security and privacy, public relations and other governance activities for product teams.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Understanding of Legal Entity Governance framework: Ensure that the Governance Framework adopted locally I effective and streamlined, aligned with AXP Governance Standards, effectively supports business processes and change management and meets external regulatory requirements and understanding of risks and controls using the PRSA methodology.
Third Party Risk (TLM): Support sound execution of the TLM program for ICS locally and oversee Outsourcing activities. Provide guidance to the business to manage vendor risks by ensuring appropriate risk assessments and the closure of issues in line with the TLM framework.
Drive the go-to-market strategy and develop the product operations for new and existing digital initiatives / process improvements.
Actively contribute to product ideation through customer, /partner, and internal feedback to uniquely problem-solve obstacles and produce winning solutions.
Develops and implements business processes that support the effective and timely development and implementation of product improvements.
Effectively communicates with internal management and cross-functional teams.
Leads cross-functional team's expectations and ensures successful project delivery
Develops tools and processes used across the organization to support creation and maintenance of consistent, standardized and accurate product
Recommended Skills/Qualifications:
Experience in Operational Excellence, Compliance, Operational Risk & Legal Entity, ideally in more than one of these disciplines.
Experience in business process improvement, control design and development of control and process testing.
Knowledge of issuer products and processes.
Demonstrated ability to partner with a broad network of colleagues to drive effective issue identification and resolution across the three lines of defense.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work across a wide range of teams and build effective working relationships.
Strong communicator, with experience of engaging with senior management.
Desire to learn and continuously searching to understand industry best practices and find creative solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and fluid business environment.
