Job Title: Project Superintendent
Job Description
As a Project Superintendent, you will play a key role in assisting the Construction Project Manager in the successful completion of projects while maintaining the highest standards of excellence. You will have the chance to lead on certain tasks with minimal oversight and will work closely with the Construction Project Manager on various aspects of project execution, including financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining quality standards across all tasks and projects, investigating and addressing customer concerns, leading and managing onsite teams and subcontractors, and providing daily updates to the Project Manager. You will also be responsible for job site logistics, daily work activities, customer interactions, and progress of subcontractors. Additionally, you will handle the ordering and reconciliation of materials for projects and coordinate equipment and material deliveries with subcontractors.
Hard Skills
Commercial construction experience - ground up, renovation, or build outs from a major General Contractor
Mechanical and electrical experience

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Work Environment
The role is primarily based on sites throughout Palm Beach County, from Indian River County to West Palm Beach. As a Project Superintendent, flexibility in schedule is required as work may need to be completed during weekends.
