At Dycom Industries, Inc., as a Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of field data that supports our operational and billing systems. Leveraging our proprietary platform, RTASQ, you’ll validate data captured in the field and ensure it aligns with internal processes and client requirements. Your work will directly impact the quality and timeliness of billing, cost controls, and overall operational efficiency across the organization.

What you’ll do as a Business Process Analyst
Support RTASQ Champions at subsidiaries by providing hands-on troubleshooting, guidance, and user support for the RTASQ process.
Travel up to 50% to subsidiaries to deploy, train, and reinforce RTASQ usage across operational teams.
Serve as a primary point of contact for new RTASQ users, ensuring process consistency and adoption through in-person and remote engagement.
Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and process documentation to support consistent implementation and onboarding.
Facilitate working sessions and follow-ups with field leadership to drive process improvement and address usage gaps.
Collaborate with internal teams—including operations, billing, and systems support—to align on process changes and ensure successful RTASQ execution.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to maintain alignment between field teams and central program goals.
Assist with feedback collection and user experience enhancements to continually improve RTASQ functionality and training effectiveness.
What you’ll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2+ years of experience in a business analyst or operations support role, preferably in telecom, utilities, or construction industries.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to spot data inconsistencies and resolve issues effectively.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with database systems or workflow tools; experience with RTASQ or similar platforms is a plus.
Effective communicator with the ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
