Job Description:
Job Title: Cash Management Coordinator
Department: Accounting Revision Date: April 2025
General Function:
Analyzes and compiles company investment data. Reconciles disbursement and main office accounts. Calculates daily cash position. Invests excess or borrow money as needed.
Reporting Relations:
Accountable and Reports to: Assistant Director, Financial Reporting

Duties and Responsibilities:
Calculate daily cash position, invest excess or borrow money as needed.
Reconcile various bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
Code all Wells Fargo account transactions in SAP.
Manage subsidiary investing and bank account funding.
Manage incoming and outgoing wires and ACH files.
Maintain user access on various bank portals.
Manage unclaimed property reporting process.
Manage debt interest and principal payments.
Make transfers between various bank accounts as needed.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-3 years previous related work experience.

Working Conditions:
The duties of this position are performed in a general office setting along with flexible work arrangements outside of the office.
Working attire on a normal day in the office is “dress for your day” with jeans being welcomed.
Reports to work when scheduled and works expected number of hours.
Physical Requirements:
Visual requirements include the ability to see detail at near range with or without correction.
Must be physically able to perform sedentary work: occasionally lifting or carrying objects of no more than 10 pounds and occasionally standing or walking.
Must be able to perform the following physical activities: reaching, handling, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions.
Equipment Used to Perform Job:
Calculator, telephone, copier, printer, and PC with Microsoft Office programs.
Contacts:
Has daily contact with employees, government or regulatory agencies, brokers and vendors to obtain or provide information. Has occasional contact with store personnel.
Confidentiality:
Has access to confidential information including various parts of the financial statements.
