Randstad is currently looking for an ASSOCIATE OPERATIONS PROCESSOR in West Des Moines, IA.The position requires candidates with data entry and mail processing experience, preferably in an office setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel is essential, along with good time management and professionalism. Position: ASSOCIATE OPERATIONS PROCESSOR Location: West Des Moines, IA 50266 Pay: $18/hr Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Training Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM

work hours: 7 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities
Associate handles undeliverable mail within the home mortgage and equity department
Responsible for mail that gets returned as undeliverable and will be responsible for finding the correct information while using various systems (3-4 systems)
Responsible for either sending out to the correct address or notating the system if unable to locate.
Expereince working in an office setting and familiar with MS Office and Excel is a must
Work in a repetitive and fast paced office environment
