Full Time Music Therapist Opportunity!

Three Rivers provides psychiatric, detoxification/rehabilitation, and dual diagnosis treatment through inpatient services for adolescents & adults. Our Outpatient services include a Partial Hospitalization Program offering psychiatric day treatment for adults and an Adult Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program offering day and evening sessions.

Responsibilities: The Music/Activity Therapist completes all activity therapy programming, from assessment, treatment planning, implementation, evaluation, to discharge planning, as assigned. Knowledge of treatment programs, leisure education, social skill development, arts, and sports, needed. The Activity Therapist supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence standards to all customer groups.

  Qualifications

  The Requirements for this position are as follows:

  Education: Bachelor's degree in Music Therapy

  Experience: Prefer a minimum of two years’ experience in Music Therapy field working with a mental health population.

  Licensure/Certification: Must be a Board Certified Music Therapist

  CPR & CPI certification training required (can be completed during orientation & annually onsite)
