Job Title: Forklift Operator and Material Handler
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator and Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will efficiently operate stand up and sit down forklifts, manage warehouse inventory, and handle materials within a manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for using RF scanners to ensure accurate tracking of inventory and parts, and must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
Operate stand up and sit down forklifts in a manufacturing facility.
Manage warehouse inventory and material handling.
Use RF scanners to track inventory and parts accurately.
Handle large pieces and parts efficiently while driving a forklift.
Lift and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in stand up and sit down forklift driving.
Experience with warehouse inventory management.
Ability to handle materials and use RF scanners.
Customer service skills
Details:
Location : West Columbia, SC
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Hours : 6am - 2pm or 7am - 3pm
Pay : $17 - $19/hr (depending on interview / experience)
Contract : 4 month Contract-to-Hire
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
