Phlebotomist to perform routine laboratory specimen collections & preparation on patients based on physician orders.

  Position Requirements:

  Licensure/Certification: Certificate of training in phlebotomy from an appropriate training institution required .

  Education: High School Degree or equivalent preferred

  Experience: One year of related experience, with a knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques preferred.

  Additional Requirements: Successful completion of CPR and Handle With Care certification; certifications may be obtained during orientation.
