Job Description
The Compliance Field Inspector is responsible for managing the compliance function in the Florida HOA region, including setting and monitoring team goals, managing communication with other departments, representing Compliance on multi-functional teams, managing regulatory reporting, managing the process for tracking regulatory inspections and related corrective actions, managing the region’s pre-inspection program, monitoring regulatory changes and providing regulatory guidance to operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures timely reporting of monthly internal compliance reports
Oversees and prioritizes the work of the team members
Represents Compliance on the HOA Client Portfolio out of the Wesley Chapel Office and other multi-functional teams within the region. I.E CDD, Commercial Clients, and Condo Associations.
Participates in monthly business review meetings with Inframark senior leadership
Oversees preparation and submittal of various regulatory reports to required governmental agencies, including having or obtaining an LCAM in Florida. Ensure all required regulatory notifications are prepared and distributed, including public notifications.
Communicates with the Manager, Compliance Client Services to address compliance issues related to inspections and/or recurring violations
Monitors changes in state and federal regulations and communicates applicable changes to Operations
Provides guidance to Operations to ensure facilities are in full compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory requirements
Conducts targeted reviews or site visits for facilities experiencing compliance issues and recommends corrective actions.
Reviews compliance history for prospective clients, provides analysis in connection with new business pursuits and participates in the start-up of new projects to ensure compliance requirements are met.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Education/Experience : BS degree preferred but not required. Minimum of 2-3 years related experience in the community management industry.
Technical : Strong knowledge of CRM type software, specifically Vantaca. Experience in preparing or reviewing regulatory reports and the underlying data. Sufficient knowledge of the violations process of documentation to properly capture the nature of deficiencies and corrective actions. Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work environment is characteristic of an office environment: sitting, standing, walking, bending and lifting are required to perform job responsibilities. The employee must occasionally lift and move up to 20 lbs. done on site in a plant environment.
TRAVEL
Periodic travel estimated at 25-50%.
