Who are you?

You are someone who is organized and able to perform with acute attention to detail. We are searching for a Deposit Operations Representative to efficiently perform daily tasks associated with deposit operations with regard to digital cash letters, remote deposit files, as well as tasks associated with the Proof of Deposit (POD) function. You could be responsible for:

  • Analyzing data collected from various reports and determining appropriate necessary actions to perform essential, defined and time-sensitive duties and responsibilities for all Proof of Deposit (POD) functions.

  • Processing incoming payments, verifying check and payment amounts match and resolving discrepancies such as posting, encoding errors, and cross-reference issues.

  • Researching and resolving rejections, stop payment requests, disputes, and inquiries timely and efficiently.

Requirements:

You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND less than one (1) year of previous related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

You will demonstrate well-developed abilities and/or proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Strong Research Skills

  • Multitasking

  • Basic Math Skills
