ManpowerGroup Production Associate in Weidman, Michigan

Production Associate - Training on 1st and then transferring to 3rd shift. must be shift flexible - 1st shift - $17.19 an hour - 3rd shift - $18.44 an hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Individuals should be self-directed and multi-skilled.

They should have the ability to perform or the experience in at least two of the following areas:

Welding

Assembly

Blueprint reading

Machine operation

Buffing and grinding

Refrigeration knowledge

Electrical knowledge

Hand tool operation

Fork truck operating

Basic computer skills

Tape measure reading

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Have good attendance habits.

Must be safety conscious.

Cooperative/team player.

Have a mechanical inclination or enjoy working with your hands.

Able to learn new things quickly.

Ability to suggest new ideas (cost reduction, process improvement, etc.).

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

A high school diploma or GED is required
