UBS Business Solutions US LLC is hiring an Authorized Officer, Software Engineer (ref. Code 001135) in Weehawken, NJ.Duties: Perform as a Scrum Master in Agile software development. Facilitate the software development process including design of application, discussion on technology stack, finalization during pre-inception phase of projects. Work as enterprise Java developer on high volume, low latency applications. Work on design and development of software that is scalable, highly available and resilient. Work on different Spring Frameworks including Spring Integration, Spring Boot and Spring Batch and Messaging systems including but not limited to TIBCO EMS and IBM MQ. Work on database (preferably Oracle), Hibernate, Spring JPA handling large volumes of real-time data. Implement functional / automated tests using popular open-source frameworks like FitNesse, Selenium, Spock and Cucumber. Apply good software engineering principles and work collaboratively with others to implement best solutions delivering benefits within budget. Participate in business requirements sessions/Q&A sessions and assess any technical challenges in early phase of projects.
