Advanced Sensing and Communications. (AC&S) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Communication and Navigation capabilities. The Integrated Logistics Support Manager, (ILS) Manager, will oversee the induction, repair and the delivery of customer owned assets in a timely manner. The ILS Manager and supporting team work together to streamline the flow of goods and information between the customer and BAE Systems. They ensure that the delivery due date, Turn around Time, (TAT), and funded budgets are meet.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.

This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• 5 years of management / technical experience or a Bachelors Degree in management or a technical field.

• Candidate must have team building experience.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Supply Chain Experience

• Depot-Repair/Logistics experience

• Ability to generate required documentation supporting the execution of the contract.

• Ability to Present information to audiences containing internal and external customers.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Familiar with Microsoft Office Products.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $105240 - $178920

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
