JOB REQUIREMENTS: Supporting the site HR Manager, the Recruiter/Talent Program Analyst will provide recruitment support to Client\'s Lincoln Ave plant consisting of salaried and hourly employees across various organizational functions. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to Talent Acquisition and Development. This role will have visibility and interaction with the Division\'s Leadership Team. Essential Functions: *Responsible for employee lifecycle processes. *Leads recruitment activities, including requisition processing, coordinating interview scheduling, participating in interviews, providing feedback, collaborating with hiring managers on selecting candidates, and extending offers. *Maintains regular communication with candidates during the background check and drug screen process through verbal and written correspondence. *Manages new hire orientation and assists with benefits enrollment processes. *Monitors employment for contingent personnel with Randstad. *Leads outreach efforts by promoting and maintaining relationships with civic and educational institutions. *Assists in the development of the Affirmative Action Plan and related reports/documentation. *Coordinates various Plant Engagement, Recognition, Wellness Programs, and events. *Assists plant positive employee relations/community involvement initiatives. Basic Qualifications: *Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management / Industrial / Labor Relations/ or related field *Minimum 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. *Excellent PC skills are required: Microsoft applications and Outlook *Excellent communication and employee relations skills required *Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship * No relocation benefit is offered for this position.
