Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerJob Description

This position will be responsible for the creation, documentation, and implementation of manufacturing processes to improve product throughput, reliability, and quality using analytical tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Create and document manufacturing processes.

  • Implement manufacturing processes to improve product throughput.

  • Enhance reliability and quality using analytical tools and techniques.

  • Utilize continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and lean manufacturing.

  • Engage in machining and assembly processes.

  • Develop and maintain work instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of manufacturing engineering experience around OEM vehicles

  • Minimum 8 years of experience with lean processes, work instructions, ERP systems

  • Bachelor's Degree

Work Environment

Hands-on environment with involvement from everyone on the floor and leadership. The facility includes a workout facility on the top floor with a trainer available on Tuesdays and Thursdays for free. The workplace has a great culture and offers the ability to see the vehicle come to life before your eyes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
