Aston Carter Administrative Assistant in Waukegan, Illinois
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of experience in an administrative, office, or customer service role.
Minimum one year of experience working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
High School Diploma or GED.
Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing client phone calls and follow up on voicemails.
Support reception and front-line security staff with access control-related tasks and inquiries.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and contract service providers to verify and update the status of compliance checks for required non-client personnel.
Manage the client mailbox by processing email requests and organizing emails for future reference.
Handle access requests for non-employees and guests that are coming.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user badges.
Ensure all issued badges are mirrored in the system.
Administer and oversee the card access request portal, processing requests for badge access, camera passes, and pick-up/drop-off passes.
Program badges for entry into restricted areas controlled by card readers, including areas for controlled drugs, document filing, security, and executive access.
Add and manage restricted access levels and their assigned approvers as needed.
Update access level approvers and maintain the master approver list on SharePoint for GSOC use.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
