Who you are and what you’ll do

You are responsible for managing all new customer implementation projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope. You enjoy planning, organizing and solving problems, while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You manage your time effectively, supporting multiple initiatives to drive projects to completion. You  have  superb  communication  skills,  thrive  working  in  a  fast-paced environment, and take pride in your attention to detail. Your ability to learn and retain details about people and projects makes it easy for you to keep track of multiple schedules and deliverables.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will

  • Define scope with the Sales team, produce project milestones and collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties have a clear understanding of the project goals, timeline and deliverables.

  • Manage the project implementation as defined by the scope within the signed Order Form, critically evaluating the process along the way.

  • Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.

  • Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports.

  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure alignment and transparency.

  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.

  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.

  • Become an expert on Mappedin’s suite of products and ongoing projects.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and recommendations for process enhancements.

  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials as needed.

  • Using your experience, contribute to continuous improvement of our implementation practices to positively impact project timelines. 

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, driving customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Work with other Project Managers and Mapping Team Members to create new venues, support data entry and implement product integrations and theming

  • Available to support different time zones for our growing list of international accounts
