Job Title: A&P Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled A&P Mechanic with experience in Heavy Maintenance for various aircraft fleets including Falcon 20-5, Falcon 20-F, CRJ 2000, ATR 72-600, Convair 580, Convair 5800, and B-727 200. This role involves performing post-flight inspections, line maintenance, overhauls, and the inspection and repair of airframe components.
Responsibilities
Conduct post-flight inspections.
Perform line maintenance.
Overhaul aircraft components.
Inspect and repair airframe components.
Diagnose and repair discrepancies.
Ensure appropriate records and signatures for work accomplished.
Essential Skills
Valid A&P License
5+ years of fixed wing experience
Experience in Heavy Maintenance or Line Maintenance
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Falcon, CRJ, ATR, Convair, and B-727 aircraft
Skills in aircraft maintenance, repair, inspection, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of avionic systems, turboprop, and general aviation
Experience with MRO Maintenance, structures, sheet metal, and flight control

Work Environment
You will work in a well-lit, temperature-controlled hangar with around 30 mechanics. The operations include charter and cargo services.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterford, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
