Manages operations from hardware/software planning through implementation
Supports network configuration and performance management activities
Ensures the continued operation of the EVoIP and/or Microsoft Teams telephony and network components
Provides legacy phone support for stand-alone phone systems
Engineer/Design/Deploy and Support Future Unified Communication (UC) capabilities and enhancements
Manages and supports the Microsoft Domain environment for Legacy and EVoIP, ensuring its functionality, security, and overall performance.
Oversees and maintain Call Recording systems, ensuring they are properly configured and operational.
Creates and manages O&M accounts, troubleshooting and resolving related issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
RELATED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Microsoft Domain, Windows Adm (DNS, IIS, DHCP, GPM etc.), VCenter and VMware, Calabrio, Operation Manager (OpMgr)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
EDUCATION: Bachelors and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in related industry.
Substitutions Allowed: Certificate of Training-2 years of undergraduate work and 2 years of related experience; No Degree- 5 years of related experience; MA/MS Degree-0 years
CLEARANCE:
Top Secret (TS) level with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
LOCATION: 75% Travel

The likely salary range for this position is $91,811 - $120,175. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
