Job Description

The Spa and Pool Attendant will be responsible for the pool area and back of house operations, assisting spa schedulers with guests, helping therapists with turning rooms, assisting all guests in locker rooms by maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure cleanliness of the pool, locker rooms and fitness center at all times.

  • Disinfect fitness equipment in between each guest.

  • Check guests in and out.

  • Schedule spa appointments and accurately confirm them in accordance with Omni Hotel & Resorts Moments of Service.

  • Upsell, cross-sell, and pre-sell services and products.

  • Provide tours of the spa and offer/serve beverages as needed.

  • Communicate spa promotions with guests.

  • Assist in turning treatment rooms.

  • Provide towels and ensure rolled towels are placed on lounge chairs.

  • Assisting resolving any guest issues

  • Ensure pool furniture is set in correct placement

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience is highly preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in a professional business environment.

  • Must have the ability to stand for 8 hours per day.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull 50 lbs.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, to include: AM/PM shift, weekends, holidays.
