Robert Half International Social Media Analyst in WASHINGTON, District Of Columbia
A client of TCG?s is looking for a Social Media Analyst to add to their team in the Washington D.C area. This candidate will be primarily responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining a strong digital presence for the client's company. Social Media Analyst Responsibilities:
Write and schedule daily posts to social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Coordinate the development of specific collateral with departments for use within social media posts.
Monitor social media groups, trends, and tools and provide recommendations for new/next steps to the marketing team.
Collaborate with other in-house teams
Provide regular reports on insights gained from social media analytics (new followers, most popular posts, etc.).
Monitor?the company's?social media?platforms for customer feedback, direct mentions of your brand, and discussions regarding related keywords, topics, competitors, or industries, followed by an analysis of this data to gain further insights and act on these opportunities.
Conduct social audits, listening sessions, and comparative analyses to inform digital marketing strategies.
Identify potential influencers and partnerships to create brand awareness.
Community management - listening and pitching relevant and fun responses to fans, talent, and partners.
Build trackable links for social posts - a crucial step in reporting on the success criteria of our campaigns.
Social asset management sourcing - pulling art from shared servers and maintaining an organization of those materials.
Support Social Managers in their day to day operations.
Help to develop and manage itineraries for shoots and content development with agencies and partners.
Cross-functional liaison across the various teams taking diligent notes in team meetings with department heads.
Asset management and approval process support.
Basic level video editing for low-lift content including attributing relevant end cards to video content.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, resources, and channels
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Strong writing, editing and project management skills
Demonstrated success in creative content
Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies
Experience in interpreting analytics and insights
Productivity and self-starter mentality
Experience working with influencers [preferred]
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to contribute to a positive team dynamic
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related Communication
- Experience in social listening software and analytics (e.g. Hootsuite, Tweetdeck)
