We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level ServiceNow Developers to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch service management solutions to our clients. Position Overview: As a Junior to Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer at [Company Name], you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet our clients' specific needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and learning, with a strong emphasis on continuous development and exposure to cutting-edge technologies. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Develop, customize, and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and applications.
Integrate ServiceNow with other third-party tools and platforms, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Tableau, and JIRA.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements.
Write clean and efficient code in JavaScript, Python, and GlideScript to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
Create and maintain ServiceNow UI/UX components.
Assist in debugging and resolving ServiceNow-related issues.
Work with Gitlab for version control and code management.
Develop and maintain REST and SOAP web services integrations.
Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and principles.
Stay updated on ServiceNow developments, industry trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Minimum of ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification prior to the 1st day of employment, Certified Application Developer preferred.
Proficiency in one or more of the following skills: SharePoint, Power Apps, Tableau, Python, JavaScript, JIRA.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred skills:
Experience with version control tools such as Gitlab.
Knowledge of GlideScript for ServiceNow development.
Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services.
Understanding ITIL principles and processes is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
