Amentum Senior-Level Intelligence Analysis Evaluator in Washington, District Of Columbia

Clearance Level : TS/SCI. Additional Relevant Information : Contractor must have a Top Secret (TS) facility clearance and also have readily available personnel with security clearance for Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI). All proposed Contractor personnel must possess current clearances based upon a Single Scope Background investigation (SSBI) completed within the past five (5) years. This contract may require access supporting For Official Use Only (FOUO), Secret, Top Secret, and SCI information.

Job Functions

  • Contractor shall provide analytic tradecraft product evaluations, including scores and accompanying constructive commentary for each standard, with a brief, written overall assessment to the customer POCs.

  • Contractor shall evaluate, at a minimum, one (1) finished intelligence product which shall be limited only by classification access each week by providing the following:

  • Evaluate the application of the IC Analytic standards and associated Analytic Tradecraft Standards in the product.

  • Provide appropriate and constructive written feedback/commentary regarding the assessment.

  • Share (written and/or verbally) the feedback with producers/authors and relevant management.

  • Contractor shall maintain records of the evaluated products. Contractor shall leverage this information to assess trends and patterns of performance or products and provide feedback and recommendations to the customer based on these findings as follows:

  • The Contractor shall provide a quarterly report noting trends and findings of the evaluations for that quarter and making recommendations for training/tradecraft mentoring.

  • The Contractor shall provide the customer with an annual assessment of evaluations conducted and the findings, which shall be incorporated into an annual report.

  • The Contractor shall provide analytic tradecraft training modules to customer POCs based on the evaluation of the customer’s intelligence products. The contractor shall provide the following:

  • Develop and provide evaluator training to the appropriate managers as identified by the Program Office

  • Maintain roster of trained evaluators and ensure customer Program Managers have situational awareness of the program.

  • Develop and provide analytic tradecraft training modules base on the findings and trends that emerge from the evaluation of customer intelligence products.

  • Produce tradecraft aids based on evaluation findings.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, with 10+ years working in analysis in the IC.

  • Significant demonstrated knowledge of IC Analytic Standards (ICDs 203, 206, and 208), analytic tradecraft and methodologies, and experience applying them to resolve intelligence problems.

  • Significant demonstrated ability to objectively evaluate IC analytic products applying the IC Analytic and Analytic Tradecraft Standards, taking into account a diverse and complex range of considerations in performing the evaluations.

  • Significant demonstrated ability to provide written and verbal assessment and feedback based on these evaluations.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective oral presentations that clearly convey to analysts and managers the quality of analysis in a single product or a body of products.

  • Demonstrated ability to organize, develop, and present training on the IC Analytic Standards and Analytic Tradecraft.

Optional Qualifications

  • ODNI Analytic Tradecraft Evaluator Certification.

  • Knowledge of the Treasury/TFI mission and economics/financial issues.
