POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Salesforce Administrator with a passion for continuous learning and crafting user-centric solutions, you will be instrumental in the administration and enhancement of our Salesforce ecosystem. Your role will encompass the management of the CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms, along with the integration tools that connect Salesforce with other systems. Collaborating closely with end users, you will develop and implement technical solutions that drive efficiency and improve user experience. Additionally, you will lead the charge in adopting new functionalities, utilizing your knowledge of Salesforce AI & Generative AI to develop cutting-edge solutions. We are on the lookout for a seasoned Salesforce Administrator who will thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment to join our team in Washington, D.C., offering a hybrid work arrangement that includes in-office commitments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • CRM & Marketing Cloud Oversight: Ensure seamless operation and high user satisfaction by managing the daily functions of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud platforms.

  • User Support & Case Management: Address inquiries from end users, resolve Salesforce cases, and troubleshoot integration issues and platform errors.

  • Solution Enhancement & Innovation: Actively seek opportunities to improve our marketing/email platform, translating business needs into effective solutions and maximizing the use of Marketing Cloud features.

  • Salesforce Customization: Tailor Salesforce applications using custom objects, workflows, validations, and formulas, while maintaining adherence to Salesforce best practices.

  • Error Resolution & Vendor Collaboration: Identify and rectify platform errors, working closely with vendor representatives and internal support teams.

  • Technology Training & AI Integration: Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies, incorporating AI into solution development.

  • End User Training Development: Craft comprehensive training materials, including documents and videos, to educate end users on platform functionalities.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze reports to track platform engagement and pinpoint areas requiring attention.

  • Data Governance Implementation: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity and compliance.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively convey results to stakeholders and present data in a clear, understandable manner.

  • Internal Change Communication: Create informative internal communications regarding upcoming platform changes and their advantages.

    REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator working across both CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification

  • Salesforce Certified AI Associate

  • An understanding of CSS, HTML, AmpScript, and Dynamic scripting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Irregular work hours are an expectation and requirement for this role.
