Allegient Defense is a leader in advanced technology research and solutions development, and we are growing quickly. We are looking to hire a Project Manager (Energy and Sustainability) for one of our federal clients.
Essential Job Functions
Be the point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative
Prepare analyses of the impacts of enacted federal requirements to DHS; and develop requirements and best practices for collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting data to address impacts and measuring performance and compliance with federal and DHS requirements.
Prepare projections and plans for achievement of energy and water goals established by statute and executive order.
Develop and implement a strategy for continuous collection and analysis of facility level energy from Components
Assist in the preparation of energy related reports
Prepare and distribute data calls
Facilitate coordination and communication between DHS Headquarters and Components concerning the Program’s energy management priorities.
Assist and manage data integration and visualization
Requirements
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Federal program management in support of:
Federal energy and sustainability policy
Federal energy/sustainability regulatory requirements
Market analysis such as renewable energy certificates and power purchasing
Federal energy/sustainability data reporting
Energy conservation measures
Renewable and clean energy technologies
