Arlluk Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Program Manager to support ATS and our government customer in Washington, DC. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

The Program Manager will be responsible for the overall oversight, coordination, and delivery of complex programs and projects for government customers. This includes ensuring programs meet all requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality standards. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks and issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, cost estimates, and performance metrics
Coordinate activities across projects to ensure alignment with program objectives
Conduct program status reviews and provide clear reports to leadership and customers
Identify and mitigate program risks through proactive planning and oversight
Manage program financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance program performance
Ensure program deliverables meet requirements and undergo quality assurance
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field such as Engineering, Business, or Program Management
7+ years of experience in program/project management for government contracts
PMP certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
Demonstrated success leading large, complex programs for federal agencies
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for iterative delivery
Strong skills in MS Office, project management tools, and collaboration software
Ability to obtain government security clearance as required

Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in related field
Prior experience managing classified/secured programs
Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and contract management
Training or certification in Agile management methodologies
Requirements:
