SOL Engineering, LLC Program Analyst -Senior in Washington, District Of Columbia

The Program Analyst will provide executive level support to the High-Performance Computing Modernization Program Office, contributing to various program initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Supports planning, analysis, technical writing, editing, and revising of all program documentation for senior management review and approval.

  • Prepares documents, organize data, and conduct analyses.

  • Maintains and updates program archival and reference documents as per DoD 5000 Series and Regulations.

  • Manages the existing Single Document Repository and Office file system for accessibility to customers and contractors.

  • Maintains an archive the Program’s slides, viewgraphs, videotapes, publications, and documents.

  • Compiles, drafts, and coordinates administrative publications, Program histories, and annual reports.

  • Assists authors in preparing and publishing articles and documents.

  • Provides Program Documentation Support, including taking the lead on Annual Program Baseline (APB) processes.

  • Facilitates Business Strategy and Practices, including supporting Technology Transfer/Expert Control Plan and managing Intellectual Property and Export Contract Processes.

  • Recommends, drafts, and provide project management of Technology Transfer agreements.

  • Provides support for technical presentations and journals.

  • Resolves problems, communication breakdowns, and information gaps.

  • Organizes and manages lab-wide workflows for effective EOY acquisition planning and program execution.

  • Coordinates effective financial and budgetary execution.

  • Ensures that acquisition requirements have been properly staffed with appropriate technical, administrative, contractual, and legal approvals.

  • Ensures that purchases have been obligated, shipped, received, invoiced, and placed in service.

  • Coordinates, prepares, reviews, revises and submits property authorization and accountability documents for the EXO and SSO.

    Education Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Educational degree from an Accredited Institution.

  • PhD: 0 years of experience.

  • Master’s Degree: 2 years of experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree: 4 years of experience.

  • Associate's Degree: 6 years of experience.

  • High School Diploma: 8 years of relevant experience required.
