You Are:

As an Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution Architect, you will embark on a transformative journey, designing end-to-end solutions within the Oracle ERP ecosystem. Your role is pivotal in aligning the ERP system with the strategic objectives of the organization, ensuring that it adheres to industry best practices. You will be the torchbearer for defining and enforcing architectural standards, principles, and guidelines that will shape the ERP implementation. Your expertise will not be limited to financial modules; you will also provide insights across various Oracle ERP modules, including Supply Chain, HR, and Procurement. Your collaboration with business stakeholders will be crucial as you analyze and refine business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement that drive efficiency and productivity.

Your skill set will be diverse, encompassing a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP Financials, and the ability to wear the hat of a Solution Architect. You will be expected to have a firm grasp of business process design, documenting flows and system configurations that will serve as a blueprint for the ERP system. Your recommendations will be instrumental in automating processes, applying best practices that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will require a balance of technical acumen and business insight, enabling you to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.

To excel in this role, you should bring a history of successful ERP implementations, where your contributions have significantly improved business outcomes. Experience in architecting solutions within complex organizational structures will be invaluable, as will your ability to navigate and influence various levels of stakeholder groups. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver solutions that are not only technically sound but also drive tangible business value. Your continuous engagement with the latest industry trends and your commitment to professional growth will ensure that the solutions you architect today will stand the test of time and evolve with the organization's needs.

Here Is What You Need:

  • Bachelors Degree or 10+ year of industry experience

  • Oracle Fusion ERP Financials

  • Solution Architect

  • Architectural standards

  • Business Process

  • U.S. Citizenship required

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred

  • Expertise in Oracle ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement

  • Experience in defining and enforcing architectural standards, principles, and guidelines for ERP implementation

  • Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement

  • Familiarity with automation and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity

  • Retail Industry experience

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$146,100—$278,500 USD
