This position will support a Department of Energy office. The mission of this office is to provide centralized infrastructure planning processes; real estate services; program management for operations of facilities, maintenance, recapitalization, disposition, and line-item construction and perform project and contract management of line-item construction and major items of equipment.
*This position is remote, with the expectation that candidates can travel to Washington, DC and work onsite as needed. Residency in the Washington, DC metro area is a mandatory requirement. *

Responsibilities
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in requirements analysis, stakeholder analysis, and/or gap analysis used to generate business requirements, use cases, and requirements tractability from end-users needs to resulting product and tool outputs.
This individual shall have experience using DOE and NNSA systems such as STARS, iPortal, G2, WebPMIS, and CostEX.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
20 years of relevant experience required.
DoD or DOE experience preferred.
Experience using DOE and NNSA systems such as STARS, iPortal, G2, WebPMIS, and CostEX is required.
TS or Q clearance required.
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
This position is remote, with the expectation that candidates can travel to Washington, DC and work onsite as needed. Residency in the Washington, DC metro area is a mandatory requirement.
