Noblis is seeking interestedManagement Analysts in supporting the Office of Health Security underthe Department of Homeland Security to prepare for and respond to health crises while advancing the organization’s mission to serve as the principal medical, workforce health and safety, and public health authority for the Department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strategic, implementation, and action plan development, execution, and tracking.

  • Outreach communications and coordination with federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial partners.

  • Technical editing, graphic design production of printed materials and online products.

  • Assist with developing, editing, and obtaining approvals of internal and external communications products.

  • Surveying partners for requirements and user satisfaction with delivered products and services.

  • Planning and facilitating meetings with government officials including the crafting of briefing materials for a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.

  • An active Secret security clearance or higher.

  • Master’s degree with 3-10 years of applicable professional experience. Bachelor’s degree with a greater number of years of applicable experience also considered.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Well organized, critical thinker, exceptional customer service skills for engaging with federal government clients.

Desired skills and knowledge:

  • Previous professional work with federal, state and/or local governments entities.

  • Knowledge on health security, public health, and/or biodefense subject areas.

Salary Range Explanation

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.

USD $72,800.00 - USD $127,400.00 /Yr.
