We have an outstanding contract position for aJuniorData Analyst to join a leading Company located in theWashington, DCsurrounding area.

U.S. Citizenship is required.

The Data Analyst performs analysis on relevant information from a variety of sources to prepare documents, reports, summaries and replies to inquiries, ensuring accuracy and proper format of the information provided.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Ad hoc data projects and analyses that produce actionable recommendations that build relevant insights for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collect data and runs basic reports in response to client inquiries.

  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure sound knowledge of client requirements to support development of best-in-class analytical solutions.

  • Accurately enter required data into one or more databases, documents and/or spreadsheets.

    Basic Hiring Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with two (2) year or more years of general office assistant experience.

  • Educational requirements may be waived if the candidate has five (5) or more years of experience.

  • Three (3) years or more of data analytics and business intelligence tools including PowerBI and Python experience.

  • Three (3) years or more experience with developing processes and queries from various databases and analyze results for accuracy.

  • Two (2) years or more of Data Analytical experience on data management activities as well as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Access, and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Competence to review, interpret, and evaluate complex legal and non-legal documents.
