Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Journeyman Program Control Analyst to join our team in the Washington, D.C. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Program Control Analyst is responsible for financial reporting and responding to inquiries regarding the financial records.

  • Support management of program area financials, including financial and cost forecasting, reporting and analysis, mission-critical invoicing requirements, weekly cost reporting requirements, cost incurred by CLIN, accumulated invoiced costs for each CLIN up to the previous month, project cost of each CLIN for the current month, and resource-laden schedule of staff and which portfolios they are supporting.

  • Provide status briefings at the frequency required by the customer. They assist in review and assessment of all contract modifications.

  • Perform analytical review and arithmetic checks of cost reporting documentation; review Trip Reports, Expense Reports, and Quality Control Plans; Transition-In Plans, Transition-Out Plans; and provide Kickoff Meeting support.

  • Program Control Analyst receives direction from the Senior Program Control Analyst.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Sciences, or in a related management discipline or highly analytical field of study.

  • 2 years of position-specific relevant experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Sciences, or in a related management discipline or highly analytical field of study.

  • Experience with Excel including Macros, Pivot tables, lookup formulas. Understanding of US Government procurement and contracting, Cost Accounting Standards, and FAR.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS suitability.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
