Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our food and beverage operations at one of our accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, and catering services.

  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and addressing any issues promptly.

  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

  • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement processes to ensure cost-effective operations.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation.

  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Handle budgeting and financial reporting for the department.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-end or luxury setting.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial operations.

  • Knowledge of current food and beverage trends and best practices.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
