Elior North America Executive Chef in Washington, District Of Columbia
The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add an experienced, motivated executive chef for our Constellation Culinary Group team at Hillwood Estate!
This operation includes a full-service café, grab and go kiosk, group dining, and internal client catering. The typical schedule varies, but this is a weekend-driven business; schedule flexibility is required.
What you'll be doing:
Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process, including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service, and sanitation.
Developing standardized recipes and utilizing other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met.
Participating in the planning and execution of special events.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
At least three years of progressive culinary experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
Experience with budget statements.
Nice-to-haves:
- Associate’s degree in culinary arts.
Compensation:
$85-90,000 plus Bonus
