Humana Enterprise Transformation Consultant in Washington, District Of Columbia

As part of the Transformation Office, the Enterprise Transformation Consultant develops the organization’s governance, execution, and reporting standards in which stakeholders from across the business implement to drive desired performance results. You will support the complex and coordinated effort required to execute the enterprise strategy. Core functions of the Transformation Office include Governance, Metrics & Reporting, Value Management, Delivery Execution, Communications, and Change Management.
The Enterprise Transformation Consultant also coordinates input from all major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans with the enterprise strategy. May also conduct or facilitate periodic reviews of achievements and performance vs. strategic plans. Expectations include making decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, performing work with limited guidance or direction, and exercising considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2-5 of, consulting, strategy, or corporate experience
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Proven ability to manage through ambiguity and drive change
Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation skills
Experience presenting and interacting with all levels of the organization including senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare industry, management consulting, corporate strategy and/or business unit strategy, and/or business analysis experience
Balance Scorecard Professional Certification (BSPC)
OKR Certification
Location:
Preferred working locations are Louisville, KY; Arlington, VA (Washington, DC metro area); Chicago, IL; and New York, NY. The Transformation team operates on a hybrid work arrangement (in office approximately 3 days per week). Fully remote will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$94,900 - $130,500 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
