Summary This position is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. This position is for DISA White House Situational Support Washington D.C. Responsibilities Compile statistical information, and identify budgetary goals, accounting records, reports, and supporting documents, and initiate adjustment actions as required. Perform trend and gap analyses; reviews changes in long-range, detailed program plans and forecasts and advises on their effect on financial and budget plan milestones. Analyzes and performs reconciliations of financial statements, reports, and allotment ledgers with the related files of un-liquidated obligations, unpaid accrued expenditures, contracts and orders outstanding. Ensures acquisition integrity by providing training and issuing guidance in the area of contract administration such as statements of work, Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Task Monitor (TM) duties. Formulates budget estimates for high-level, multi-year programs, develops in-depth cost benefit analysis of proposed budgetary and programmatic actions. Prepares a wide variety of written materials and electronic financial information including matrixed program and special financial reports. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below. Qualifying Experience: To qualify at the GG-13, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience formulating budget estimates, developing cost-benefit analysis; performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of financial information as it relates to budget reports, obligations, expenditures, and projections. Candidates must describe how they meet the qualifying experience and/or selective placement factor(s) within the body of their resume. All qualifications must be met within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement. Incumbent must have Top Secret security clearance based upon a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) and be eligible for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) when specifically required and must be able to maintain the required level of clearance while employed in the subject position.
