• Shift: Various – must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Union Position: This position is part of the Local 25 Union which requirescomplete open availability. We are not able to accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours arenotguaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week.

What will I be doing?

As a Banquet Cook, you will be responsible for maintaining and setting up food production station and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings and all other food items prepared on the hot line.Specifically, this includes but is not limited to:

• Maintain knowledge of and ability to work multiple kitchen functions to include grill, sauté, and pantry stations on the line.
• Responsible for maintaining quality of food prepared on the line.
• Create appealing plate designs and maintain the quality of presentation for all food items.
