RCS is seeking an experienced Technical Analyst (IT System Analyst)to p rovide support and guidance across the organization on how to optimize systems, reduce costs, and increasing profits. To gather feedback from end users to continue improving systems effectively. To build, design, examine, and implement a structured IT system and to communicate findings and decisions to all stakeholders.
Clearance: Public Trust
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years’ experience in front-end web application software design and development .
Training in Agile software development. One or more IC Agile certifications preferred.
Knowledge of software product life-cycles, technical requirements decomposition, architecture diagrams, interface control documents, data dictionaries, computer operator handbooks, java docs, and/or other software design and documentations techniques.
Experience using software requirements management tools such as Jira, or IBM’s Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) suite.
Strong written and verbal communications skills, particularly the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and delivery partners to map requirements and dependencies to technical features.
Bachelor's Degree .
