Job summary: As a Business and Financial Management (BFM) Analyst, the position will require: tracking commitments, obligations, and expenditures;
generating Purchase Requests (PRs); developing spend plans; and preparing financial briefing material for a NAVSEA PEO USC PMS 525 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Ship Building program.
Description:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5-10 years of experience in DoD/USN financial management
Experience using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
US Citizenship is required with Secret Clearance or the ability
to obtain/maintain such clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with NAVSEA Program Office.
Experience with NAVSEA Ship Construction.
Experience with NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) and Task Planning Sheets (TPSs)
Experience with Government Furnished
Equipment (GFE)
Experience using Defense Security Assistance
Management
System (DSAMS)
Experience using Security Cooperation
Information Portal (SCIP)
Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS)
Experience using Management Information System
for International Logistics (MISIL)
Work Location: Washington, DC
Position classification: Full Time
Salary Range: $90,000- $100,000
Travel: <10%
