Due to internal promotion Corteva Agriscience is looking for a Field and Laboratory Technician, based at our Field Research Centre near Warwick United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will need a strong agronomic background as well as possessing strong teamwork and communication skills. You will be flexible and efficient, well organised, enthusiastic, and a highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

This is a hands-on position, and your excellent knowledge of agriculture, will help you to plan, implement and manage field crops used for trials at the research station. Additionally, you will be involved in all activities associated with a research field trials programme including spraying, assessing, equipment maintenance scheduling, sample inventory management and data analysis from small plot trials. As we are primarily a research facility working on early-stage projects, you will be involved in glasshouse and laboratory work and various other activities.

Candidates should be qualified in a relevant scientific or agriculture discipline to diploma or degree level and must have experience operating agricultural machinery, ideally with PA1, PA2 and PA6 although full training will be provided.
