Veralto Service Coordinator in Warszawa, Poland
As the Service Coordinator you are responsible for planning and scheduling the visits of our Service Team to provide an efficient and timely support to our customers as per their needs.
In this role, in a typical day you will:
Identify the service needs of clients by addressing phone and email inquiries and connecting them with the correct provider
Assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems
Ensure each client is given the necessary services by planning and scheduling appointments of the Service Engineer in the most efficient way
Maintain and track clients' service records
Order parts of equipment needed and contact with the Service Department to find the best solution for the customer
The essential requirements of the job include:
1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience
Previous administrative experience preferred
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
The ability to meet the deadlines and multitask to perform various activities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Second language proficiency would be desired (especially English)
