In order to make what matters work Eaton Corporation is currently seeking an experienced

Scrum Master [Digital Manufacturing]

to join our Information Technology team, based in our office in Warsaw, Poland (hybrid work)

What you’ll do:

  • Accountable for all Agile ceremonies of a Scrum team including planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups

  • Drives a Secure Product Development Lifecycle approach that establishes a strong cybersecurity focus and culture across the entire engineering lifecycle

  • Trains, mentors, and supports the Scrum teams to follow Agile values, principles, and practices

  • Uses Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions

  • Assists the Product Owner with epic creation, decomposition and multi-sprint planning

  • Supports the estimation and prioritization of user stories

  • Collects, tracks, and reports Agile metrics on performance and progress of the product

  • Supports the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities

  • Resolves impediments and escalate where required

  • Coordinates with other Agile teams to ensure alignment and management of dependencies including participation in Scrum of Scrums or related ceremonies where applicable

  • Ensures a safe and trusting environment for the team to raise and resolve issues

  • Leads the capacity planning for each sprint

  • Communicates risks, status and general updates to stakeholders

  • Manages one or more Scrum teams across multiple geographies

  • Improves the Agile maturity of the team on a continuous basis

  • Supports the Product Owner in cost tracking for Scrum projects

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Diploma or similar education in IT or another related field

  • Advanced English skills, local language knowledge nice to have

  • Formal Scrum certification very nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience working on an Agile team or leading technology projects, including 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role leading highly complex technology projects and programs

  • Demonstrable understanding of product management and modern product delivery processes

  • Experience working with Agile, including Scrum or Kanban

  • Experience with Agile software tools and producing Agile artifacts

  • General understanding of DevSecOps principles

  • Experience with modern software development principles including code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, and cloud services

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Patience and empathy working with mentees and people new to Agile

  • Comfortable working directly with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Effective listening skills with the intention of understanding

  • Experience working with diverse, global cultures, organizations and teams
