Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
The role involves establishing and building long-term relationships with key clients of the company, conducting business negotiations based on RB’s commercial strategy and setting client trade terms. The individual will implement and manage the product strategy for clients, develop and execute a calendar of sales support activities, participate in planning and achieving sales targets, co-create and implement projects, and propose solutions to increase sales efficiency. Additionally, they will research and analyze the effectiveness of sales activities and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Your responsibilities
· Establishing and building long-term relationships with key clients of the company.
· Conducting business negotiations based on RB’s commercial strategy and setting client trade terms.
· Implementing and managing the product strategy for clients.
· Developing and executing a calendar of sales support activities.
· Participating in planning and achieving sales targets.
· Co-creating and implementing projects and proposing solutions to increase sales efficiency.
· Researching and analyzing the effectiveness of sales activities.
The experience we're looking for
· Experience in sales/customer service in a pharmaceutical or FMCG company.
· Ability to work in a team and good self-organization skills.
· Leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills.
· Very good knowledge of English.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
