In order to make what matters work we are hiring a

CI and OPEX Lead for our Site IT Support EMEA

based in our office in Warsaw, Poland

(hybrid work)

The primary function of this role is to Drive Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement within the Site IT Support EMEA. The role will be responsible to drive process harmonization, establish new and maintain existing performance metrics, set objectives, and develop and contribute to CI initiatives.

What you’ll do:

  • Improve engagement and services to our customers through CI initiatives

  • Drive CI initiatives for Site IT Support EMEA to establish a culture/mindset of CI

  • Drive the adoption of standardized processes across the organisation

  • Ensure the customer experience is enhanced through the application of Lean Daily Management/CI initiatives

  • Develop BI reporting aligned to CI & process improvement programs to monitor and measure efficiency and productivity

  • Coordinate the creation of procedures and working instructions, support training and knowledge management as well as identify knowledge and competency gaps

  • Manage regional processes which include Virtual support model, Daily metrics, Daily operating cadence etc.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Diploma or similar education in IT, Economics, BA or another related field

  • Advanced English skills

  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office, esp. Excel; Power BI, or expertise in similar tools would be an advantage

  • Knowledge and experience with Process Improvements approaches and CI tools like Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Lean Six Sigma, Standardized Work, 5S, Kanban and Agile

  • Substantial (5+ years’) experience in IT / CI / Business Analytics

  • ITIL foundations certification would be an advantage

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to relate well to people at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrate accountability, passion, and a willingness/desire to learn

  • Good stakeholder management and strong collaboration skills

  • Experience in process development

  • Previous experience in coaching, training, mentoring would be an advantage
