Google User Support Specialist, Googler Experience in Warsaw, Poland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in people operations, program management, and operations capacities across a variety of people operations disciplines/areas.

  • 5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders.

  • Experience using tools such as Workday and other technologies across the HR ecosystem.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.

  • Strong operational mindset to deliver services and process improvements.

  • Demonstrated program and project management capability.

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

People Experience (PX) is the team at Google that delivers extraordinary, hire-to-retire experiences for Googlers in the moments that matter most. We deliver global HR processes (with regional nuances where needed) that are personalized and delightful for millions of candidates and 175k+ Googlers. PX teams span Recruiting, Analytics and Planning, HR Operations, Vendor Management, Service Model Excellence, and Google and Market-level HR support.

The Googler Experience Operations (GXO) team is the backbone of HR Operations, delivering exceptional experiences to our users. This team runs global operations and builds a framework to manage user queries and processes to an exceptional standard. The Googler Experience Operations function relies on metrics and insights to drive thoughtful workforce planning, make recommendations for program improvements, and deliver consistent and reliable support around the globe.

  • Drive user experience for programs, policies, and operations, ensuring global consistency with local market relevancy.

  • Deliver exceptional operational excellence within the EMEA GXO team. Collaborate on initiatives as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support the sharing and scaling of successes, opportunities for improvement, best practices, and learnings with broader teams.

  • Represent GXO in collaborative improvement forums across the PX ecosystem, including the customer and operational insights to effectively influence executive stakeholders and the priority of change programs.

  • Support the execution of initiatives and programs within GXO. Drive operational improvements through process changes, trend analysis, and procedure optimization.

  • Develop deep expertise in the systems supporting People Operations service areas, troubleshooting day-to-day issues and consulting with partners on changes to systems infrastructure.
