Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
As a Technical Solution Architect, you will play a central role in designing and guiding the implementation of scalable, robust, and future-proof technical solutions. You will work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality architectures that align with business goals and support long-term technology strategies. Your expertise will help ensure consistency, efficiency, and high engineering standards across projects.
You will lead the technical design of solutions, define architectural, development guidelines, and work closely with stakeholders to align technical vision with business objectives. By mentoring teams, promoting best practices, and fostering innovation, you will ensure the delivery of maintainable and adaptable systems. As a key technical leader, you may also support pre-sales efforts, solution shaping, and roadmap planning.
Collaborate with business and delivery teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical architecture and system designs
Define and enforce architectural standards, design principles, and technology best practices across projects
Develop and maintain reference architectures and reusable components to support scalable solution development
Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and solution validation activities
Support teams in choosing the right tools, technologies, and design patterns for optimal performance, security, and maintainability
Guide development teams in solution implementation, helping troubleshoot complex issues and ensure technical quality
Align architecture with enterprise-wide goals, collaborating with functional architects, business analysts, and other stakeholders
Evaluate new technologies and drive technical innovation within projects and across the organization
Contribute to technical aspects of proposals, RFPs, and other pre-sales activities
Help assess and mitigate technical risks while ensuring delivery timelines and quality standards are met
What You’ll Bring
You combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You’re passionate about building systems that are not only functional but also sustainable, and aligned with long-term goals. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy mentoring others.
6–8 years of experience in technical architecture and software engineering, including at least 3 years in a consulting or solution technical design role
Proven track record in designing complex, distributed systems across a variety of technologies and platforms
Strong understanding of modern architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud-native, API-first)
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and security-by-design principles
Solid understanding of data architecture, integration patterns, and performance optimization techniques
Ability to balance short-term project needs with long-term architectural vision
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Knowledge of Oracle technologies: Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL, APEX, OAS/OAP is a strong advantage
Knowledge of the utility sector (e.g., energy, gas) and familiarity with industry-specific processes, standards, or platforms is a strong advantage
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
Language proficiency: Fluency in English, with Polish as either the native language or highly proficient
