The right candidate will have strong technical skills and have a passion for driving technical solutions that ensure quality of products. Responsibilities:
Designs automated tests based on software design and internal structure of an application.
Designs, builds and improves test infrastructure and automation framework.
Develops test tools to enable Software Quality Assurance team to analyze results and execute tests efficiently.
Designs quality assurance and test processes for end-user applications and systems
Writes and executes complete testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application.
Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding test status, project progress, and issue resolution.
Education and Experience:
At least Bachelor's/Engineering degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics or similar, Master's degree preferred
min. 2 years of experience in Software Test Automation area
Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrated experience with Python programming
Good understanding of IoT principles
Experience with applications that interface with USB and Bluetooth connected devices will be big advantage
Knowledge of Software testing methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
