Stryker Project Manager, Engineering Services (Cost Savings), Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland
What you will do:
Maintaining appropriate program documentation (e.g. charter, roadmap, benefits map) to meet business goals and program objectives
Contributing to program budget and coordinate project team assembly, resource allocation, and scheduling
Communicating across divisions, functions, 3rd party vendors, consulting partners, project teams, and stakeholders depending on program needs
Monitor project costs, schedules, and performance, ensuring successful business outcomes
Responsible for managing 4+ projects with global scope of Program
Lead the identification, assessment, monitoring and closure of project risks throughout the program lifecycle
Supports on defining and reaching agreement from Key Stakeholders and Sponsor on Project main milestones, project plan, resource allocation, budget
Driving changes through the change control system
Discussing PPAP requirements (e.g. pFMEA, Control Plan, Validation) with the supplier and reviewing PPAP documentation / discussing additional quality and technical requirements (e.g. drawings, specifications) if necessary
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 1+ years in project management
Fluent in English
Strong presentation skills, able to engage diverse audiences via various platforms (presentations, video calls)
Solid knowledge of project management principles
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global team
Basic knowledge of quality processes (CAPA, Audits)
Familiarity with Lean methodologies preferred
Project Management Certification preferred
Up to 40% travel required
