What you'll be doing
ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Obsługa wysyłek krajowych i zagranicznych (eksportowych i importowych)
Obsługa dokumentów celnych: importowych i eksportowych (UE, poza UE)
Przygotowywanie towaru do wysyłki
Kontakt z firmami kurierskimi, agencjami celnymi, urzędami celnymi
Kontrolowanie i zarządzanie stanami magazynowymi
KWALIFIKACJE WYMAGANE:
Doświadczenie w realizacji procesu sprzedażowego od strony: kompletacji zamówienia, dokumentów niezbędnych do sprzedaży towarów i usług w kraju, UE, poza UE.
Znajomość zagadnień celnych (eksportowych i importowych) na terenie UE oraz poza UE, w szczególności procesów, umiejętności doboru kodów CN dla produktów.
Znajomość j. angielskiego na poziomie komunikatywnym.
Biegła obsługa komputera, doświadczenie z dowolnym programem do obsługi magazynu i fakturowania, znajomość pakietu Office.
